1. Discounts and Promotions Policy

At Slot Racing Company (SRC), we offer a discount and promotion structure designed to reward customer loyalty, encourage new purchases, and foster the growth of our community.

1.1. Welcome Discount

  • Description: €5 discount for new customers who subscribe to our newsletter.
  • Conditions:
    • Valid for purchases over €50.
    • Can be combined with referral or affiliate discounts if the purchase exceeds €100.
    • The welcome discount promo code is valid for 30 days from its issue.

1.2. Referral Discount

  • Description: A current customer can refer friends to SRC and both get benefits.
    • The referred customer receives a €5 discount on their first purchase (minimum €50).
    • The referring customer accumulates physical rewards based on the number of friends who make valid purchases:
      • 1 friend: SRC keychain.
      • 5 friends: SRC T-shirt.
      • 10 friends: SRC Sunglasses.
      • 25 friends: Exclusive SRC Slot Car.
  • Conditions for referred customers:
    • The discount can be combined with the welcome discount on purchases over €100.
    • Valid for a single purchase per customer.
  • Conditions for referring customers:
    • Rewards will be sent upon reaching each level and after confirming referral purchases.
    • SRC covers shipping costs for physical rewards based on applicable standard shipping rates.

1.3. Volume Discounts (Mix & Match)

  • Description: Discounts applicable for purchasing multiple cars in a single transaction:
    • Buy 2 cars: 5% discount.
    • Buy 3 cars: 10% discount.
    • Buy 4 or more cars: 15% discount.
  • Conditions:
    • Not combinable with other promotional discounts.
    • They are automatically applied at checkout.

1.4. Special Campaigns (Key Dates)

  • Description: Promotions on events such as Black Friday, Christmas, etc.
    • Up to 10% discount on selected products for purchases over €100.
  • Conditions:
    • Not combinable with Mix & Match, referrals or affiliates.
    • Purchases made with these discounts do not generate commissions for affiliates.

1.5. Free Shipping

  • We offer free shipping based on the following zone thresholds:
    • Spain and Portugal (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): €80.
    • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €150.
    • Europe Zone 1 (France, Germany, Italy, United Kingdom): €200.
    • Europe Zone 2 (Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, etc.): €250.
    • United States and Canada: €300.
    • Latin America: €350.
    • Asia and Middle East: €400.
    • Africa and Oceania: €450.
  • Conditions:
    • Free shipping is automatically applied once the threshold is exceeded.
    • Does not include shipments of physical rewards from the referral system outside Europe.
