1. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.

Note: Returns of personalized products, unsealed for hygiene or health reasons, or used beyond mere opening will not be accepted, as stipulated in the Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
2. Return of Defective Products or Shipping Errors
If the product received does not comply with the contract or has defects:

SRC Engine Claim Rules
1. General Conditions of Claim:
- Claims will only be considered if the engine has not been tampered with. This includes no pinion gears, no unauthorized oils or lubricants, and no welding or modifications to the engine wiring.
2. Engine Status:
- The engine must be in its original delivery condition, with no signs of alteration or customization.
- There must be no scratches, dents, or any visible damage to the outer casing.
3. Claims Procedure:
- Claims must be submitted within 14 business days of the purchase date, accompanied by proof of purchase, either an invoice or an order number.
- The customer must detail the problem detected and attach photographic evidence of the current condition of the engine.
4. Claims Evaluation:
- Once the claim is received, a technical inspection will be carried out to verify the condition of the engine, ensuring that the criteria of non-tampering and the intact condition of the casing are met.
- SRC reserves the right to request that the engine be shipped to its facilities for further inspection. If a factory defect is confirmed, SRC will cover the shipping costs and offer a refund or replacement of the engine.
- If inspection reveals improper use or tampering, the customer will be responsible for shipping and engine costs.
5. Warranty Exclusions:
- The warranty will not cover damage caused by negligent handling, improper use, or modifications made by the user.
