Refund and Return Policy

At SRC, we guarantee the quality of our products and are committed to offering a satisfactory shopping experience. If you need to make a return or request a refund, we explain the procedures and rights available to you:

1. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.

  • Withdrawal Period:
    • 14 days from receipt of the product (or the last item, in case of multiple orders).
    • 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, in the case of services.
  • How to Exercise the Right:
    • Please notify us of your decision to withdraw via our contact form or by email.
    • You can use the Withdrawal Form, although it is not mandatory.
    • It is sufficient for you to communicate your intention before the deadline expires.
  • Refund Conditions:
    • The full amount of the products will be refunded, including standard shipping costs.
    • The refund will be made within a period of 14 calendar days upon receipt of the products or proof of their return.
    • The direct costs of the return will be borne by the customer.

Note: Returns of personalized products, unsealed for hygiene or health reasons, or used beyond mere opening will not be accepted, as stipulated in the Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

2. Return of Defective Products or Shipping Errors

If the product received does not comply with the contract or has defects:

    • Please indicate the problem and attach images if necessary.
  • Return Process:
    • We will provide you with instructions for returning the product.
    • Once received, the defect or error will be evaluated.

    • Full refund, including shipping and return costs.
    • Replacement with a new product (subject to availability).

Refund or replacement will be made within 14 calendar days from the confirmation of the defect or error.

3. Warranties

All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity as established in the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

    • The warranty covers defects or lack of conformity that become apparent within a period of 3 years from delivery.
  • Conditions:
    • Products must conform to their description, be suitable for ordinary use and present the expected quality.
    • Non-homogeneous characteristics derived from the manufacturing material will not be considered defects.

    • Follow the steps described in the section on returning defective products.
    • If the product is from an external brand, you can also exercise the warranty directly with the manufacturer, keeping the documentation provided.

4. Requirements for Returns

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, labels, instructions and associated documents.
  • Attach a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

  • Items that have been used beyond what is necessary to determine their suitability.
