Scope of Delivery

We ship globally, subject to country-specific restrictions. If there are exceptional circumstances, such as product customization or local restrictions, we will contact you to find the best solution.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination:

  • Spain (Peninsula): 3-5 working days.
  • Europe: 7-10 working days.
  • Rest of the World: 10-15 working days.

In any case, we guarantee that delivery will be made within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the confirmation of the order, except in unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances.

Delivery Delays

If for any reason we cannot meet the estimated delivery date, we will inform you immediately. You may choose to:

  1. Set a new delivery date.
  2. Cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Note: Deliveries are made exclusively on working days.

Undeliverable

If the carrier is unable to deliver because you are not present, a notice will be left with instructions to arrange a new delivery or pick up the package at an authorized point. If, for reasons beyond SRC's control, the order is not delivered within a period of 30 days since it became available for delivery:

  1. We will consider that you wish to withdraw from the contract, and it will be automatically terminated.
  2. All payments received will be refunded, except for any additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive one offered on the website.

Note: Transport resulting from the resolution may have an additional cost that will be passed on to the customer.

Transfer of Ownership and Risk

In accordance with current legislation:

  • The customer acquires ownership of the products when SRC receives full payment for the order, including shipping costs.
  • The risks associated with the product are transferred to the customer from the moment the order is delivered to the indicated address.

Taxes and Fees

In accordance with the Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax (VAT):

  • Orders with a delivery address in Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) will include the VAT in force at any given time.
  • For deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, orders will be subject to local taxes and, where applicable, applicable tariffs, which will be borne by the customer.

Note: For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties and fees that may apply based on the regulations of the destination country.

Returns for Shipping Problems

If a product arrives damaged or does not correspond to what was ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for an exchange or refund at no additional cost to the customer.

This shipping policy complies with the following regulations:

  1. General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16).
  2. Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax (VAT).
  3. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU 2016/679) regarding personal data related to the shipment.
