To apply water-based decals on a model, follow the following steps:

3. In warm (not hot) water, immerse the decal until it separates from the base paper. The warm water activates the adhesive.
4. Apply a little water to the model's surface using a soft brush to help the decal slide and position easily.
5. Carefully place the decal on the model, and use the brush to adjust its position.
6. Gently blot excess water around the decal with absorbent paper or a soft cloth.
7. Use the brush to remove air bubbles or wrinkles while the decal is still wet.
8. Allow the decal to dry completely before applying any sealer or varnish. It is recommended to use fixative liquids when the decal is adhered and damp, not dry.
Additionally, consider applying a clear sealer or varnish for protection and a uniform finish. Practice on a test model before applying decals to the final model if you are new to using water-based decals.
